Windows Live Messenger	Microsoft will not be left out in the cold when it comes to video chat. The maker of the most popular operating system was sure to include video call conferencing capabilities in its MSN, Now Windows Live client.
Paltalk	Paltalk is the world's largest and most popular video chat community, boasting more than 4 million active members and an average of over 100,000 simultaneous users online in public and private video chatrooms.
Camfrog	Ribbit! Camfrog is hopping along as another very popular video chat community. The Camfrog application has been downloaded by more than 30 million people and millions are registered and using the Camfrog live webcam chat community.
Skype	Skype is the most popular Internet based phone service, and millions use it every day. Adding video support for their product was a no brainer.
AOL Instant Messenger	AOL was once the most popular ISP (and one of the most expensive until it finally offered a low monthly fee for dialup). The AOL messenger eventually added in video chat capability, but long after the more popular Yahoo! IM.
